The superior suite room was great for my family. We had harbour-facing views on the 20th floor. daily housekeeping was done super well, i had a wonderful stay. a separate sitting room with a sofa cum bed was very comfortable for my kid. i liked how smooth the check-in and check-out process was!
i noticed some water damage in the bathroom. the showers looked like they could be cleaner. i wish the towels didn't have holes.

I did see lots of convenient shops all around for food, snacks, drinks, and toiletries. This is a huge plus. several restaurants are also nearby, it is super great!

the hotel has a fantastic location right in front of the water street tram and bus stops, i couldn't believe how close it was! the sai yin pung mtr station is also just a quick five minute walk away, and that is great.

Our superior suite on the 20th floor provided a lot of space. It was perfect for three adults. the bathroom even had a dressing table, this room was good! plus, there was a separate working area with racks and drawers too.

i liked how courteous the staff was, i found that quite great. daily housekeeping really impressed me, so that is neat. the hotel provides adapters in the rooms, so there is no need to buy one. they are so kind!

I appreciate the clean room. Housekeeping did a wonderful job. the location is amazing and near the mtr station! tram stops are also nearby, it is easy to explore the city. the staff are friendly and they assist me with all my requests. It was awesome.
the wifi was a bit slow sometimes!

the hotel is right in front of a tram stop, so getting around is very easy! the a10 bus from the airport stops directly across from the hotel. convenience stores like 7-eleven and circle k are just across the street.

There are many eateries located near the hotel. Finding a place to eat is simple! there is also a more western-style restaurant just in front. i found so much deliciousness around.

staff responded quickly when i called the front desk about keycard issues. they also allowed us to leave luggage in the lobby after checkout. i was able to explore more before heading to the airport.

The location was amazing. bus stations and a tram station stood right outside. Very convenient! the room felt spacious, it was so restful after our long walks, we really enjoyed the extra space. i also found the staff very kind, i appreciated their quick responses to any question.
i noticed the mattress was quite firm, made sleep a bit challenging.

The hotel features a laundry room needing to wash clothes, it also offers a gym with standard equipment. Very convenient for longer stays. free shampoos and soaps were available, and i found them very useful for daily use.

there were many dining options close to the hotel, they offered various cuisines. i enjoyed trying local restaurants. a seven eleven shop was conveniently nearby, we went there to buy water, sodas and snacks.

i found the location very convenient it is close to transportation options plus i loved the variety of restaurants nearby laundry service was also available i appreciated the efficient and helpful cleaning staff the reception staff were responsive too. the proximity to the tram stop made exploring the area easy it was just outside the hotel for easy access to different locations i found tasty cafes nearby too.
the room decor seemed a bit outdated it didn't quite match the pictures i saw online

the hotel provides convenient laundry facilities plus there is a lounge on the fifth floor with vending machines this floor also gives access to the lower floor where i found two washing machines and dryers that worked really well.

the room had plenty of storage space for luggage and clothes i valued this a lot especially because i was traveling with my family there was a mini fridge that worked well and we had a nice sea view from the tenth floor. the bathroom was spacious with good finishes so it felt luxurious and functional at the same time.

there were numerous restaurants around the area providing a lot of variety this made it easy to find different kinds of food for everyone plus i loved the convenient location of the noc coffee shop right across the street.

the location was perfect for our stay as the tram stop was right outside i found it easy to walk both west and east plus the seafront was close there are bus stops in front of the building. sai yin pung mtr station is within walking distance.

The room was spacious and clean upon arrival. Daily cleaning service kept the room tidy and fresh. A flat iron and ironing board were provided promptly when I requested them. I also appreciated the daily replenishment of coffee and tea in the room.
The lighting in the room was a bit dim , making it slightly difficult to read in the evenings.
